Purpose of How To Get STACKed
Mina created How To Get STACKed with a purpose of motivating others, through science-based nutrition knowledge, to become the healthiest version of themselves. She provides individuals with the proper tools needed to confidently take charge of their health.
Growing up as an athlete, proper nutrition was a vital aspect of Mina's life from an early age, and helped shape her into the woman she is today. Due to the pivotal role food plays in the treatment, and prevention, of chronic diseases, she believes in focusing on the person's biochemical individuality and lifestyle, because there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to health.
