This is a short and sweet blog post for today.
I absolutely love my internship, but I can't stand waking up before 6 am. I will do whatever I can to sleep in an extra minute haha. I would make over night oatmeal for breakfast, but I am so sick of that now.
I decided I would try making protein pancakes the night before and having them in the morning at work.
You have to put your health as your main priority.
1/2 cup oats
1 large banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
Blend all the ingredients together and cook like pancakes.
This recipe yields about 8 5" pancakes. After you cook them, add melted peanut butter, or PB2, and some fruit.
