Hummus & Whole Wheat Crackers

Are you extremely busy and don't have any snack ideas? 


Hummus is one of the easiest protein-rich foods to incorporate into your diet. 

This picture demonstrates the proper serving size for crackers, which is 16 crackers. The hummus is about 1 tablespoon. 

I love having this as a snack at work. I also like to incorporate carrots, because they are a great source of vitamin A. I will do a half portion of crackers and however many carrots I desire at the moment.
