Leprechaun Puffs

The popular New Years resolution, for Americans, is weight loss. You promise yourself this year will be different. You claim you'll spend countless hours per week in the gym or follow thru on that dreaded diet. No matter how hard you try you feel as if life always gets in the way and jeopardizes your goals. 

If you are still on track with your New Year's resolution, congrats and keep going! If you fell off track, it's ok, get back on. The process wasn't meant to be easy. If it was we would all be doing it. Stay focused on your long term goal and don't veer off track.

In 5 quick and easy steps you can create a delicious and festive snack without feeling as if you're annihilating your resolution. 

1. Add green food coloring. I used vanilla flavored yogurt. 


2. Put in a plastic bag. You can easily use a zip lock bag and cut a small hole in the corner. 


3. Squeeze small amounts onto a cookie sheet. 


4. Freeze. Once you have finished placing the yogurt on the plate, place it in the freezer for an hour.


5. Serve and enjoy!
