Cotton Candy Delight
Trust me, it's not the picture, this bowl really is small, haha. I used my 3 year old cousin's bowl for my afternoon snack.
This snack brought me back to my childhood. I squeezed two cotton candy flavored go-gurts. I sliced 1/3 of a banana and sprinkled vanilla flavored granola. After the picture was taken I sliced up those two large strawberries and mixed it all together.
If you make your health a priority now, while you're healthy, you can avoid having to do so in the future when your life depends on it. Make it permanent. Make it a lifestyle.
