Skinny Bang Bang Shrimp

Are you cooking dinner for that special someone tonight and still don't have an idea of what you're going to make? How about cooking a healthier version of the Bang Bang Shrimp? It's SIMPLE and HEALTHY! 
Even though seafood is paired with white wine, I decided to pair it with a lovely Cabernet. Typically, men eat more than women so adjust portion sizes accordingly.

1.5 lbs of shrimp
4.5 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
3 tablespoons chopped green onion (or more if desired)
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

You can sauté, grill or bake your shrimp, it's your preference.  
Pre-heat oven to 350 F and bake shrimp for 5-10 minutes (or until ready).
Mix all the ingredients then dip the cooked shrimp in the sauce. 

Mixed greens
Grape tomatoes
Caramelized apples and nuts (just a few for taste)
Honey Ginger dressing
