Can you have high cholesterol and still consume the yolk?

The Washington Post (link to full story at the end of the post) has published an article updating Americans on the facts. For a long time it has always been thought if you had high cholesterol you can not consume the yolks of eggs. Well thanks to emerging research we are finding out that may not be the case. 
Did you know that the egg yolk contains more nutrients than its surrounding white area? The yolk is higher in fat (polyunsaturated fatty acids, fat soluble vitamins), folate, phosphorous, iron, etc. 

Bottom line, it's ok to have your egg yolks :)
